Once the payment is transferred there is no refund or cancellation. The customer has one week (5 business days) prior to the start date of the selected class to transfer to another class. To clarify, if the class is on Tuesday, you must cancel by the Monday of the preceding week by 5pm.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy for Online Classes All course withdrawals must be done through the Accounting Service Society by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Notifying the instructor does not constitute an official withdrawal.
Refund Policy – All Online Training Course Purchase are Final and Non-Refundable
Online courses are non-refundable. Once the course is purchased no refund will be granted regardless of the reason.All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems,browsersand devices. We can assist you to get started with the course. If you are having any trouble.
Exchange allowed: Participant will be allowed to exchange with the other course of equivalent or lesser value. If course is not accessed within 15 days of purchase. Exchange request must be received by email at email@example.com. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 15 days after the purchase date.
Multiple payments for the same course: in case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request. There will be a 3.7% transaction cost charged by credit card processor per transaction.
